AUG 2009. Disappointed. Missed breakfast by 5 mins (unhelpful). had to drag heavy cases up 4 flights of stairs (no lift). Room barely adequate, clean. ok for bolt hole.

Excellent location for exploring London, friendly & helpful staff, hotel and room were very clean. Luggage store was a huge plus! Thank you & hope to stay again soon!

Did the trick for us. Just a basic room at a basic price, which is all we needed. Great location, easy to find, easy to get to all the sights. Staff/owner was friendly.
